Macro Photography – Tuesday 8 March – Maitland Camera Club Invitation

Message from Brad Le Brocque:

John Wallace from C R Kennedy will be conducting a basic introduction to Macro photography for the Maitland camera club tomorrow 08/03/2022 at the Kurri Kurri Bowling Club 7pm.

All members from the Belmont club are welcome to join us. John will have some good prices on supporting equipment as CRK is the largest importer/agent  in the Australian Photographic industry and all brands are supported……could be a good chance to get that Macro lens you need

 Brad will be there from 5:45 to set up and have dinner

System Error – Print Nights March 2022

We apologise for an earlier notice advertising March Print competition. This notice was automatically generated by the system.

As previously stated, the Print Night Competition for 2022 will begin in June.

The committee is presently working on activity nights for you at the Valentine Bowling Club for April and May.  You will be notified as soon as these have been organised.

March Raw Image Challenge

The raw image challenge is open to all members and to join in all you need to do is go to the members area and look for the competition “March Raw Image Challenge” There you will find a button to download this months raw image. Now just edit with your favourite editing program. Try out some new presets or convert to BandW etc. Note you need to work with the pixels supplied. For this image changes such as sky replacement etc are not allowed. When complete upload your image by the end of the month. So give it a try!

January and soon February images will all be available for members to view online in the members area.  This months image is of CatherineHill Bay jetty and is shown below.
