URGENT!

As you know we have our Annual General Meeting on August 11th at which all current Committee positions are declared vacant. No nominations for two of the most important positions have been received. We need to fill the offices of President and Treasurer of this club for the next 12 months. Our club cannot operate without people to occupy these 2 positions. Please contact Sue Slack at gordon.slack15@bigpond.com ASAP if you can possibly help with either position.

Membership Coordinator Role

Hi everyone, I am still looking for someone to take over the Membership Coordinator Role for me in August at the AGM. I have really enjoyed the role as it helped me get to know everyone and feel more involved in the club. The role is not too demanding and I am willing to help out who ever takes on the role. If you are interested or have any questions please contact me on nettiedakka@bigpond.com or 0417693888.

Thanks Everyone, Annette

July Zoom Presentation

Our final workshop in July is with Roy Killen who will be presenting “Monochrome Conversions.” Black and white can be a challenge for many photographers, however Roy will be guiding us through some of the basic and more advanced techniques to achieve award winning images. As always, Roy’s presentations are not to be missed!

Make sure you Zoom in on Wednesday 28th July from 6.45pm for a 7.00pm start. See you there!

A heads-up Wednesday August 11th John Martin from the USA will be presenting “A Case for Black and White in Travel Photography” This should be a great follow on from Roy’s presentation.
