Number of prints that can be entered

The new version of the website has features that allow for managing the maximum number of entries. However the club rules of allowing a different number of entries for each grade cannot be accomodated.

To allow B grade members to enter up to five prints the maximum number is now set to five. Advanced and A grade should only enter three prints.

Thank you Phil Whitman

Last night, Phil delivered a very interesting presentation on aerial photography. He covered the early history which involved pigeons, kites balloons and planes to the present day drones. The presentation sparked a lot of interest and discussion and ended with a video on the very recent Avalon Air Show. Phil also showed some of his aerial and drone images.

It was a great night, which was enjoyed by everyone. Thank you Phil.

Wednesday 13 March 2019 7.15pm – Phil Whiteman

Phil Whiteman’s presentation will be on Aerial Photography. Phil has a lot of experience in this area. He also assists in the organisation of the Avalon – Australian International Airshow and Aerospace & Defence Exposition

Phil is one of our club members, who has travelled to very unusual places. He has also completed the Camino de Santiago walk in Spain.

This will be another session that should not be missed.
