March Print Night
Our March Print Night will be held next week on Wednesday 13th March in the upstairs function room at Valentine Bowling Club, commencing at 7.00pm. The print judges for March are David Henderson (Colour and Small Prints) and Peter Ryan (Nature).
A few of the committee members will not be at this meeting so can I ask for some volunteers to assist Roy Killen in moving our gear from Roy’s car upstairs and then assist on the night with the setup and tidy up at the end of the evening. Roy will be in the dining area of the club from around 6.15pm. Many thanks in anticipation of your help.

Photoshoot Opportunities
At our recent February club night I mentioned an opportunity to support a worthwhile charity.
Our member, Susan Robinson is involved in the Legacy charity as a volunteer. Legacy provides a range of services to the families of Australian servicemen and women. From time to time Legacy holds events and there are opportunites for volunteers to attend and capture images of these events for use in Legacy publications. This is a great opportunity to develop and apply your camera skills in the service of others.

February Club Night – Final Reminder
Just a last reminder that our February Club Night is on THURSDAY 15th February at Valentine Bowling Club (VBC) starting at 7.00pm. Please note especially that it is THURSDAY night!! VBC is holding a special Valentine’s Day event in the Function Room on Wednesday 14th February.

February Club Night
Our February Club Night and Print Judging is approaching.
Please note that as Valentine Bowling Club (VBC) has a Valentine Day’s Function booked for Wednesday 14th February our Club Night has moved to THURSDAY 15TH FEBRUARY in the VBC Function Room commencing at 7.00pm. Our judge for the night will be our very own Bill Chambers. See you then.

Maitland International Salon Viewing
The Maitland Camera Club are inviting our club members to attend a viewing of the top 350 awarded images from this years Salon. This year there were 4,498 entries from 356 entrants from 42 countries , so the images in the exhibition are both exceptional and diverse.
The viewing is on Tuesday 13th February at 7.00pm in the Arts and Crafts Pavilion at the Maitland Showground. This building (tall, cream, corrugated iron shed) is located just inside the entry gates (right hand side) at the end of Anzac Street, Maitland. It is very easy to find.
Entry is FREE!
