2023 Northern Photographic Weekend
The NPF is holding a photographic competition and exhibition in conjunction with a convention weekend on 29th and 30th July, 2023. The convention will feature a range of keynote speakers and workshops over the two days, as well as a trade fair with many of the key suppliers in attendance.
The competition and convention are open to all members of affiliated camera clubs, which includes our camera club.
Venue: Kurri Kurri Bowling Club, Tarro Street, Kurri Kurri (next to McDonald’s)
If you intend to come along to the weekend please RSVP by sending an email to myself at bicton36@gmail.com by Monday 17th July, 2023 as numbers are required for catering. For those intending to enter prints I will provide information about collection of prints in a following post.

Time for another challenge however before we get started if you entered Aprils’ challenge there was a small hiccup in publishing the results.
Want to know your result, make sure you download the PDF file for the images entered. You will be able to see other entries and your result.
This months challenge is shown below. Download the file and edit using your favourite editing program and upload by June 30th.
Please find the Blue scoring button for May Challenge in the members competitions area and score the images from 1 to 5.

Fun Fotography Update
Did you take part in our Fun Fotography Workshop at VBC on March 22nd? If so I have reopened this for members to continue to upload their images.
If you have some images from the night please upload them to the website (if you haven’t already).
The images do not have to be “great” they just need to be your attempt for each of the stations.
I am hoping to put together a presentation as a lead in to our next print night. “I need to have images to work with”!
Entries will close June 11th at midnight.
