Workshop at Valentine Bowling Club

Our next workshop is at VBC on Wednesday 28th June at 7pm. Topic: Light Painting

Bill Chambers will be running the Workshop and has asked that we turn up with our camera, small torch and/or any small coloured LED lights.

Bill has some great ideas when it comes to light painting and how to capture those unique images. Don’t miss out, be there!

Gold coin donation at the door.

Australian Geographic Nature Photographer of the Year

A club member recently sent me a link to Australian Geographic’s website where you can see the shortlisted images for the various categories in their Nature Photographer of the Year competition. There are many fantastic images which I’m sure you will enjoy. What I found really interesting was that some of the categories were identical to some of our set subject topics this year i.e. Macro and Urban Wildlife.  https://www.australiangeographic.com.au/photography/2023/06/shortlist-2023-australian-geographic-nature-photographer-of-the-year/
