Results are in for Round 2 of the Nature competition. We came 2nd and are now sitting in 3rd place overall out of 24 clubs.
Entries for Round 3 of the PSA Interclub competitions close on 1st April – normal entry procedure on our club website.
When you select the section to enter – Open (Colour or mono), Nature, Photojournalism or Photo Travel you will be able to see the entries of other club members. This might help you to decide which of your images to enter, particularly in Nature, PJ and Travel, so that you are not entering images that are very similar to others. (This is a new feature that was not previously enabled.)
If you view the entries for the Round 2 competitions, you will be able to see the score that each image obtained when our Advanced Grade members were selecting the club entries. (This is a new feature that was not previously enabled.)
Please contact me if you have any questions about the PSA Interclub competitions.
If you are entering images in the Photo Travel section of the PSA Interclub competitions (or any International competitions that have a Photo Travel section) please read the guidelines that you will find here.
In preparation of the 2020 Competition year the Grades of all club members are being reviewed. If you would like to request a change of Grade please email Roy Killen, firstname.lastname@example.org, so that your request can be considered by the Grading Subcommittee. All requests must be submitted before 30th November.
All members are invited to submit images to be considered as part of our club entry in the PSA Interclub competitions. Entry is via the normal competition entry page on the club website and there are four competitions: Open, Nature, Photojournalism and Photo Travel.
The closing date for Round 1 of all the competitions is 30th October.
